Creator Support Services

Creator support services are essential for artists, designers, and other creative professionals who rely on technology to bring their visions to life. ASUS understands the unique needs of creators and has developed the ProArt Creator Hub, a powerful application that provides system monitoring, color calibration, and other valuable features. In this user guide, we will explore how to use the ProArt Creator Hub and make the most of its capabilities.

Introduction to ProArt Creator Hub

The ProArt Creator Hub is an application specifically designed for ASUS ProArt series products, including Notebooks, Desktops, Motherboards, Monitors, and Mice. It offers a range of features tailored to different ProArt series products, providing integrated information and functionality.

Dashboard

The Dashboard is the main screen of the ProArt Creator Hub and provides an overview of the system’s status. It displays information such as CPU type, graphics chip type, memory, storage, fan load, task group, CPU load, and color calibration results. You can customize the display order of the information cards on the dashboard by dragging them.

Adjusting Computer Performance Mode

The Dashboard also allows you to adjust the computer’s performance mode. You can choose between Normal mode, Rendering mode, and Enable Full Fan Speed mode, depending on your current usage. To enable the Full Fan Speed mode, go to Dashboard > Fan Profile > Enable Fan Full Speed Mode. Please note that the available performance mode options may vary depending on your computer’s specifications.

Color Control

The ProArt Creator Hub offers powerful color control features to ensure accurate and vibrant colors in your creations.

Color Management

To access the Color Management function, go to Color Control > Color Management. Here, you can select different color profiles, such as Oil Painting, and analyze their color characteristics.

Color Calibration

Color calibration is essential for achieving accurate color reproduction on your screen. To start the color calibration process, go to Color Control > Color Calibration > Start Calibration. Before starting the calibration, make sure you have completed all the Advanced Preparation items listed.

To use a colorimeter for color calibration, select the appropriate calibrator type. Currently, the ProArt Creator Hub only supports the X-rite i1Display Pro. Connect the calibrator to your computer and click Next. Place the calibrator in an appropriate position and click Start to begin the color calibration process. It will take approximately 1 minute and 30 seconds to complete.

After completing the color calibration, you will receive a Color Calibration Report. The report shows data and results, and you have the option to view a comparison between the “Before” and “After” calibration, apply the new calibration profile, or cancel the process.

You can also view the color calibration history and delete previous color calibration reports.

WorkSmart

The WorkSmart feature in the ProArt Creator Hub provides an intelligent interface for managing your applications. It allows you to merge software and apps, making it easier to access them with just one click.

To use WorkSmart, go to WorkSmart > Add Group. You can create a new group and select the applications you want to include in it. You can also edit the group name and application functions, delete groups, and create shortcuts on your desktop for quick access.

Control Settings

The Control Settings feature allows you to customize your ProArt series products, enhancing your creative workflow. The available functions may vary depending on the specific ProArt series product you have.

Control settings allow you to adjust ASUS Dial, Customized Key, and other related settings. You can use Adobe authoring software for more applications. For detailed instructions on using the control settings, please refer to the ASUS Dial Introduction.

Performance Optimization

Performance optimization is crucial for smooth and efficient creation. The ProArt Creator Hub offers various features to optimize the performance of your ProArt series products.

Resource Monitor

The Resource Monitor provides real-time monitoring of your computer’s performance. It displays information about running processes, CPU and RAM usage, and allows you to mark key applications, clear temporary memory, stop services, and close processes. You can also free up excess memory by selecting “Free up memory” in the upper right corner.

App Power Priority

App Power Priority allows you to assign priority to specific applications for enhanced performance. By setting key applications, the system will prioritize their execution and adjust the environment settings accordingly. You can set up to six key applications and customize the advanced settings for each application.

Clean Files

The Clean Files feature helps you manage temporary files on your disk. It allows you to clear temporary files and search for files over a certain size in specified folders. You can use the file organizer to delete large files that are no longer needed.
